Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and booking type. All bookings made through Jibhi.ai are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers (hotels, airlines, bus/train operators, activity providers, etc.).

3. Hotel Bookings

Cancellation Terms:

  • Free Cancellation: Some hotels offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may incur a cancellation fee
  • Non-Refundable: Some promotional rates and special offers are non-refundable

Specific cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

4. Flight Bookings

Cancellation Terms:

  • Within 24 hours: Most airlines allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking
  • After 24 hours: Cancellation fees apply as per airline policy
  • Special Fares: Discounted and promotional fares may be non-refundable

Refund processing time: 7-14 business days after approval by the airline

5. Bus and Train Bookings

Cancellation Terms:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Cancellation fee of â‚č50-100
  • 12-24 hours before departure: 25% of ticket fare
  • 4-12 hours before departure: 50% of ticket fare
  • Less than 4 hours: No refund

6. Activity and Tour Bookings

Cancellation Terms:

  • More than 48 hours before activity: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before activity: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Weather-related cancellations initiated by the provider will receive full refunds.

  2. Go to "My Bookings" section
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the instructions
  5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email

Timeline:

  • Hotels: 5-7 business days
  • Flights: 7-14 business days
  • Bus/Train: 3-5 business days

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

9. Service Fees

Avighna Digital Private Limited (Jibhi.ai) service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part or if the service provider fails to deliver the booked service.

10. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events, cancellation and refund policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with service provider policies and applicable laws.

11. Modification of Bookings

Changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and the modification policies of the service provider. Additional fees may apply for modifications.
